Hades, in the Greek mythology, was the god of the Hell and king of the dead people.
He used to take care of the shadows of the dead souls.
Husband of Perséphon, son of Cronos and Rhéa (Magna Mater), brother of Zeus (sky) and Poséidon (sea), he had the mission to keep the dead spirits in hell... to let the gods and humans free of fear!
His "power" relative to his name, was to be invisible by using a magic helmet.
All these informations are really simplistic as all the informations as you can find easily on Internet... The best as usual, is to open books... (the old ones...)
